Public Beta Programme

INFIRISK is currently operating in a public beta. This means features may change, and you may experience bugs or interruptions while we improve the platform.

1) What "beta" means

• We're actively developing features and fixing issues based on real-world usage.
• Some features may be experimental or incomplete.
• We may change or remove features to improve reliability, security, or usability.

2) Beta pricing

Where beta pricing applies, it is intended for early adopters and may change after the beta period. We'll aim to provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes.

3) Reporting issues

If you encounter a bug, please use the in-app support chat to report it. Where appropriate, we may publish anonymised "known issues" (with estimated resolution dates) for transparency.

4) No guarantees

During beta, the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable law, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability during beta.
