Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 9 April 2026
1) Our commitment
INFIRISK is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our platform.
2) What we are doing
We design and develop with accessibility in mind. Our approach includes:
- Using semantic HTML to provide meaningful document structure
- Supporting keyboard navigation throughout the platform
- Ensuring compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies
- Maintaining sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements
- Providing responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
- Including alternative text for meaningful images
- Using clear, descriptive labels for form inputs and interactive controls
We review accessibility as part of our development process and test with assistive technologies where practical.
3) Known limitations
We are actively improving accessibility across the platform. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are transparent about this and are working to address known gaps. If you encounter a specific limitation, please let us know using the contact details below.
4) Reporting accessibility issues
If you experience an accessibility barrier when using INFIRISK, please contact us at hello@infirisk.co.uk. To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please include:
- A description of the accessibility issue you encountered
- The page or feature that was affected
- What assistive technology you were using, if applicable (for example, screen reader name and version)
- How we can best help you in the meantime
We aim to respond to accessibility reports within 10 business days and will work with you to find a solution or workaround.
5) Enforcement
This accessibility statement was prepared on 9 April 2026. If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility issue, UK users can contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) at equalityhumanrights.com.
